HCG Diet | Frequently Asked Questions.

On average how much weight will I lose when I do the HCG Diet?

We say, on average, over Phase Two of the HCG Diet you will lose between 250-350 grams per day. Now, when we say per day, this will vary, but we take the average throughout the diet. Some days you may lose 400 grams then the next day you may 100 grams. So it is based on an average. The more days on the diet, the more accurate the average will be.

On a 40 Day Basic Course, you can expect to lose 9-15Kgs

On a 26 day course, you would lose 5-8 Kgs

Days on Phase Two divided by the total weight loss to date. This can be higher if you use Control and Powerslim which helps our clients not to have "Slip Ups" and stalls.

Do the HCG Starter and Ultimate Kits come with instructions?

Yes, all of our kits come with an easy to follow instruction book, a downloadable ebook with 100+ recipes.

How long does it take to get my order?

Typically orders will arrive 2-3 days after the payment has been cleared. Rural deliveries can take up 5 or 6 days. Overs are dispatched on the next available courier.

Can I do the HCG Diet if I am a vegetarian or vegan?

Yes you can. You will have to adjust the diet to avoid eggs and/or meat. We have alternatives in the guide book that will help you.

Do I have to exercise while on the HCG diet?

While exercise is not necessary to lose weight, light exercise can be good for general well being.

Can I do the HCG diet if I am gluten-free?

Yes, you can. You only have to make a slight change to do the diet. This is covered in the guide book.

Do I need to buy any special foods?

No. All the food you will be eating is just normal food available from any market or supermarket.

What foods will I be eating while on the HCG Diet?

The HCG Diet is very balanced. It consists of a variety of meats such as chicken, beef, lamb and white fish. The vegetables that are included include asparagus, cabbage, celery, silver beet, chicory greens, cucumber, green salad, onion, red radishes, spinach, and tomato. Allowed fruits are apples, oranges, strawberries and grapefruit. Potatoes and other starchy vegetables are only allowed on phase 3.
