his would be by far the most asked question that we get when somebody is thinking about jumping onboard to try HC-Slim for the first time. In this blog post, I am going to share with you the realistic losses that a person should expect and dispel some of the untruths put out there from other companies.


About this time, every year, I get so many messages from people wanting to lose weight for their New Years resolution. More often than not my response surprises them. It's not to do with the HCG Diet, but instead to make some basics goals in regards to lifestyle. The first being to consciously makes healthy choices. No it does not mean you have to become a vegan....:)


The holidays are upon us, and whats one thing that we know that is going to happen for sure? Food, food, and more food, with a little bit more food here and there. Doing any Diet during the holidays can be tough, to say the least, but it doesn’t need to be impossible. Here are a few HCG diet foods tips to help you survive the food temptation while sticking with the HCG

If you drink one can of fizzy drink, you are actually consuming around 8-10 teaspoons of sugar, depending on the brand. If you eat one cup of plain whole wheat pasta you are consuming about 6 teaspoons of sugar. I know crazy right?
